Aimée & Samir released

Aimée & Samir can now be watched on NPO Start via this link (Dutch residents only). The documentary shows how Aimee de Jongh, the internationally acclaimed graphic novelist, conducts research for her new book on the island of Lesbos.

Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant wrote: "The film images blend beautifully with De Jongh's drawings". Reviewer Arno Haijtema also praises the way the documentary reveals Aimée's intentions, without making everything explicit.

The audience abroad need to practice some more patience, but we hope to be able to share the documentary internationally on a short term.
